The company registrar's office has given final approval to the merger between Diprox Microfinance Financial Institution and Adarsh Microfinance Financial Institution. After Nepal Rashtra Bank and Nepal Securities Board gave the final approval to the merger of these two institutions, the company registrar's office also gave the final approval.
Diprox and Adarsh Laghubitta have passed a special resolution regarding merger in their respective general meetings and the merger process has proceeded. After the final approval, these two microfinance companies will start integrated business from Friday 1st Ashadha, the company said.
